Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the rules and responsibilities that apply when you access or use Kaizen Teams.

Last updated: August 6, 2026

Acceptance Of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Kaizen Teams, including its websites, applications, content, and related services. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using the service, you agree to these terms.

If you use Kaizen Teams on behalf of a practice, company, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Accounts And Authorized Users

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly notifying us if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

Organizations are responsible for selecting their authorized users, assigning appropriate permissions, and ensuring that their use of Kaizen Teams complies with applicable workplace, privacy, and professional requirements.

Subscriptions And Payment

Paid features may be offered through a subscription or another agreed pricing arrangement. Pricing, billing frequency, included features, and renewal terms will be presented when you purchase a plan or documented in a separate order form.

Unless otherwise stated in your plan or order form, fees are due when billed and do not include applicable taxes. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice before the change applies to a future billing period.

Acceptable Use

You may use Kaizen Teams only for lawful business purposes. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, infringe another person's rights, or use the platform to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, or harmful material.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except where we have given written permission or applicable law expressly allows it.

Your Content And Practice Data

You retain ownership of the information and materials you submit to Kaizen Teams. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, display, back up, and otherwise handle that content to provide and support the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use your content, including employee information, training materials, videos, policies, and other practice records.

AI-Assisted Features

Kaizen Teams may use artificial intelligence to help generate or refine job descriptions, SOPs, quizzes, reports, paygrade guidance, and other workflow materials. AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by a qualified person before it is relied upon or shared.

AI-assisted output is provided as a productivity aid and is not legal, medical, employment, compliance, or other professional advice. Your organization remains responsible for its decisions and for how generated content is used.

Service Availability And Changes

We work to keep Kaizen Teams available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The service may occasionally be limited by maintenance, security needs, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.

We may improve, modify, add, or remove features over time. If a change materially reduces core paid functionality, we will provide notice when reasonably practical.

Intellectual Property

Kaizen Teams and its software, design, branding, documentation, and platform content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms provide a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.

Feedback and suggestions are welcome. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kaizen Teams is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms or a separate written agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, Kaizen Teams and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities resulting from use of the service.

Suspension And Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are materially violated, fees remain unpaid, use creates a security or legal risk, or continued access could harm the service or other users.

When access ends, provisions that by their nature should continue will remain in effect, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related terms.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms as the service and our business evolve. We will post the revised version on this page and update the date above. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice through the service or by email.
